2. This website is informational
The information on this website describes our services in general terms. Submitting the form or messaging us on WhatsApp does not create a contract; it is a request for information. Every quote is confirmed in writing before your goods move.
A quote may change if the information it was based on changes: actual weight or dimensions, value of the goods, exchange rates, applicable duties or customs requirements.

6. Customs inspections
Customs authorities in either country may inspect, hold or seize goods. Delays or charges arising from those inspections are outside our control, although we will help you resolve them.
7. Delivery times
Delivery times provided with a quote are estimates. They may vary due to customs inspections, weather, holidays or carrier issues.

We hold your packages while the rest of your order arrives. The free storage period and any storage fees afterward are stated in your quote.
9. Claims
If your shipment arrives damaged or incomplete, report it in writing to contact@jpjtradingllc.com as soon as possible after delivery, with photos of the packaging and contents.
Our liability is limited to the declared value of the goods unless you purchased additional insurance. It does not cover damage caused by inadequate packing by the shipper, seizures of prohibited or falsely declared goods, or delays caused by third parties or authorities.
10. Cancellations and refunds
- You may cancel before we purchase your goods (personal shopping) or before your shipment leaves Austin.
- We refund the amount paid minus any costs already incurred, such as completed purchases, store fees or shipping already paid.
